I am laughing at this ad. They took half my money as a deposit and five months later after promising me a four week lead time came and half finished the job (after countless phone calls and e-mails from me), on delivery of a lot of packages they then tried to take the balance, thankfully I only gave them half. Much of it was missing i.e the sliding wardrobe doors the infills, the shelving units, three sets of cupboard doors didn't fit, although their partner did send those to me in the end (a year later). From the start Mr John Roberts and his wife Jane Roberts gave me continuous reasons why they couldn't finish the job. I believe about 5 family deaths in the space of four months, having a "jammy day" whatever that is, "stress", blaming the poor fitter, I could go on... They then told me they had left the company. Basically tough luck for me. That was nearly a year after I had paid them. Fortunately their very good, independent fitter kindly came back and finished the job for me, but of course I had to pay extra for the fitting and all the things they did not deliver to me, (but had contracted to supply and fit). I would strongly suggest you do not use them if my experience is anything to go by.

Chasewood first installed fitted wardrobes in 2 of our bedrooms in 2013. They were exactly what we wanted and still looking great 5 years on. We invited them back in 2016 to install another fitted wardrobe in our baby nursery. Their service and quality even surpassed their previous work. We get so many compliments. I cannot recommend them highly enough. The process from inquiry to installation is quick and seamless; pricing is competitive and quality is excellent.

The worst customer service ever!!! Avoid this company... I would like to comment on the appauling customer service I have received from Chasewood. I ordered a small chest of drawers from them in October 2016. Which the confirmation email back said it was on its way. After a few weeks with no communication I rang them and was told that it wasn't on its way but somebody would ring me back. Nobody rang so after a few days I rang back again they said they would call me back. This went on for a few more weeks with me ringing on average 2-3 times a week. Numerous explanations were given. Umpteen phone calls from myself on the lead up to Christmas but still the same promises and excuses from them. Christmas came and went and still no drawers or update. This continued after the new year but now delivery dates were being promised but not materialising. No communication from them whatsoever even when they promised to ring back. Eventually after 5 months of continuous ringing the draws were delivered by a member of staff who was passing my house to attend another job. I asked for a refund of the £75 delivery charge I paid as a way of compensation. Again I was ringing twice a week with the promise of a call back. This went on for a further 4 weeks. Eventually I was offered £25 compensation. I gave her my bank details. Obviously nothing came! It took another 2 months to receive the £25 with me ringing at least twice a week. The same promises and excuses. Eventually my husband started ringing them and we received the £25. It is a shame that the customer service is so bad as the product itself is very well made and the customer service lets it down. I only ordered a set of draws I dread to think what it would have been like if it was a whole bedroom fitment!!

Slightly unfair to them (but only slightly) as refers to the pre-Phoenixed Chasewood but spent about £13,000 on their furniture and it has fallen apart. Whilst I accept that company dissolved itself (presumably to escape debts?) the new company is selling the same stuff and effectively run by the same person (General Manager was the previous companies Director which is somewhat pushing what should be done according to the laws in relation to phoenixing).

I bought Furniture from Chasewood Furniture and was beautifully surprised at the quality of the craftsmanship. Upon running a hand over the surface , i found it to be so sleek and smooth that it took me to another way of thinking when looking at Furniture. I do not think i have seen anything to stunningly well made, it looks as though it was made by the finest hands in the business. The quality surpassed any price tag which it came with. I would be happy to buy all my furniture from Chasewood, and recommend anyone purchase theirs from Chasewood too. I shall happily recommend Chasewood Furniture to all of my family & friends, and give this a rating of a 5 star and 10/10
